What we collect

The only information this site collects is what you type into the contact form, which is:

• First and last name
• Phone number
• ZIP code
• Birth month and birth year (not your full date of birth)
• Email address, if you choose to give it
• How you heard about us, if you choose to answer
• The date and time you gave consent to be contacted

We deliberately do not ask for — and you should never send — your Medicare number, Social Security number, health conditions, medications, or income. If a website asks for those before you’ve even spoken to someone, be suspicious of it.

Why we collect it

One reason: so a licensed insurance agent can call you back about Medicare insurance options. Your birth month and year tell us where you stand relative to your enrollment window. Your ZIP code tells us whether we’re licensed where you live.

What happens to it

Form submissions are delivered by email to our office inbox. Your information is used to contact you and to prepare for that conversation. We do not sell it, rent it, or share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Consent to contact

The form includes a consent checkbox. Checking it gives express written consent to be contacted by phone and text, including by autodialed and prerecorded calls and messages. Consent is not a condition of purchase, and you can withdraw it at any time by telling us when we call, or by calling 1-888-808-8282.

Cookies and tracking

This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and loads nothing from third-party servers. What you read here stays between you and this page.
