Privacy policy

This page describes what Turn 65 with Charlie (turn65withcharlie.com) collects, why, and what happens to it. It’s written to be read.

What we collect

The only information this site collects is what you type into the contact form, which is:

• First and last name
• Phone number
• ZIP code
• Date of birth
• Email address
• The best time of day to reach you, if you choose to say
• How you heard about us, if you choose to answer
• The date and time you gave consent to be contacted, the exact wording of the consent you agreed to, and the page you were on when you agreed

When you press send, the service that carries your message to us also sees ordinary technical information that every website receives — your IP address and which browser you used. We keep the consent details above because telephone rules require us to be able to show what you agreed to and when, and because you are entitled to have us prove it rather than assert it.

We deliberately do not ask for — and you should never send — your Medicare number, Social Security number, health conditions, medications, or income. If a website asks for those before you’ve even spoken to someone, be suspicious of it.

Why we collect it

One reason: so a licensed insurance agent can call you back about Medicare insurance options. Your date of birth tells us where you stand relative to your enrollment window. Your ZIP code tells us whether we’re licensed where you live.

What happens to it

Form submissions are delivered by email to our office inbox. Getting them there involves one outside company, Web3Forms, which receives what you typed and passes it on to us. They handle the delivery and nothing else — they are not permitted to use your information for their own purposes.

Your information is used to contact you and to prepare for that conversation. We do not sell it, rent it, or share it with third parties for their own marketing.

If you would rather no outside company touch your details at all, call 1-888-808-8282 instead of using the form. Nothing is collected by this website when you call.

Consent to contact

The form includes a consent checkbox. Checking it gives express written consent to be contacted by phone and text, including by autodialed and prerecorded calls and messages. Consent is not a condition of purchase, and you can withdraw it at any time by telling us when we call, or by calling 1-888-808-8282.

Cookies and tracking

This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics. Nothing on these pages loads from another company’s servers, so reading the site is not reported to anyone — not to an advertiser, not to us.

The one exception is the moment you press send on the form: your browser then contacts Web3Forms, the delivery company described above. That happens only when you submit, and only because that is how your message reaches us. Reading this page, or any other page here, contacts nobody.
